This is a new project designed to provide support for channel owners by email.

This project is not a replacement for the forums or the Doc Wiki, but rather a complement. Its purpose is to provide channel owners with assistance setting up their channels on Miro.

If you're a channel owner and need assistance with your channel, email us at support [at] pculture.org

Policy: Because our support resources are very limited (and entirely volunteer based), we require that you do the following *before* you send a question to support [at] pculture.org: check the FAQ, search the forums, post on the forms if applicable. Only after you have tried these initial suggestions will we be able to provide a reply. Note: No need to post on the forums for things like: wanting to have a co-branded player or getting ownership of your channel, just contact us directly via e-mail.
