Featured Channel Follow-up

This has been implemented into MiroGuide but is still updated here so that updates can be pulled into MiroGuide if they are desired.Overview
When a channel is featured on the channel guide, we encourage the channel moderator to contact the owner of the channel to let them know that their channel has been featured. This allows for:
- The channel owner to hear about Miro if they weren't the one that submitted the channel.
- Increase their awareness of the power of the channel guide (hopefully they will see a spike in their downloads).
- Mention any funding opportunities.
- Allow the owner to get more involved in taking ownership and updating their channel.
This e-mail is now auto-generated in the MiroGuide. In the past we used Contarc's nifty script which generates the e-mail for you.

Other Instructions
It would also be good for Dean to be CC'd on the mail that gets sent out. This way he can help out on answering any questions that the channel creator might have or tasks such as putting the channel creator in ownership of the channel. This also allows for a tracking of what channels have been featured and the corespondance that has occured. CC the following:
