Crisis in Burma Channel

October 5th, 2007 — Nicholas Reville

The government crackdown and rising number of deaths that are occurring in Burma (also known as Myanmar) is. In the past two weeks, the Burmese monks and citizens have orchestrated protests to defy and eventually dissolve the military junta and government of Burma. The military has attacked these protesters with violence and strategic dismantling efforts, like sending retaliators into crowds of protesters.

When international outrage rose, the Burmese government shut down access to the internet to prevent information from escaping. Nevertheless, news, photos, and videos continue to trickle out.

Tiffiniy has created a video channel for videos about this crisis and is asking for submissions.

It is unacceptable brutal and crewel action done by Burma (Myanmar) Military Government. The world need to get rid of such government leaders who live on 55 milion Burmese people being opressed by even torturing. If this action is not controlled by the world, It will grow and threaten peace of each and every body of the world.
