		<description>Not a great fix but it works. The real problem here is VLC. People who have this issue will also find VLC does the same. You can fix VLC by changing the overlay it uses, I changed to OpenGL and it&#039;s working. If the overlay could be done in Democracy then no doubt that would fix the the problem.</description>
