Desiree Bassett: Worcester Girl Rules on Guitar

The most popular video on Video Bomb right now is this video of a 13-year-old girl who is *amazing* at guitar. Since she’s from PCF’s hometown of Worcester, MA, I had to post it here. We are very proud. We found the video in Democracy Player on the Worcester Community Cable Access internet TV Channel. It’s from the Hermis Yanis show.
Here’s the video (Desiree starts playing about 30 seconds into it and then is really thrashing a few minutes later). Prepare to be blown away.

“Always with you, Always with me” is the first song. She also does a couple of Hendrix song, and one in the middle I don’t recognize.
She is awesome, especially considering her age, and hand size/strength.
The audio quality is poor, which makes her rig sound a little ‘hot’, I’m guessing because its just the camera mic. I’d love to hear her live and in person, and if she’d let me, Jam with her a bit!
